I am a dedicated IT support analyst with a strong foundation in software development and technical support. Currently, I work at Bloomberg Industry Group, where I provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. My role involves managing user accounts, documenting technical issues, and supporting cloud infrastructure solutions, including migrations and automation. I take pride in contributing to the knowledge base and support documentation, ensuring that my team has the resources they need to succeed.

Prior to my current position, I served as an IT Support Technician at McDaniel College, where I was the primary liaison for hardware support associated with Parking, Transportation, and Postal Services. I helped troubleshoot PC issues, coordinated server maintenance upgrades, and maintained an inventory of hardware components. My education in Computer Science, combined with my hands-on experience, has equipped me with the skills necessary to excel in the IT field.
