I also built the club's admin console and reduced a 700-recipient newsletter send from eight minutes to 28 seconds with a Redis-backed worker pool.

I'm currently teaching and mentoring 800+ undergraduates at Edinburgh Napier University in Java, C++, Python, and database design. I rewrote the cohort setup guide, reducing first-time setup from two hours to 30 minutes and escalations by 40%.
