What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build resilient backend and distributed systems, contribute to AI-enabled product workflows, coordinate R&D with stakeholders, and lead small product development teams.

I've built backend and distributed systems at Litera/Kira, Funding Circle, OneStudyTeam, Kroo Bank, Unipart Digital, Puppet, and BMC Software. At Kira, I architected event-driven OpenSearch ingestion and document synchronization services, strengthened the real-time WebSocket layer, and integrated AWS SageMaker embeddings for semantic search.

Across fintech, clinical trials, warehouse management, enterprise discovery, and lawtech, I've led integrations, designed data models and workflows, and delivered systems using Clojure, Python, Go, AWS, Kafka, gRPC, event sourcing, and CQRS. I also coordinate R&D initiatives with stakeholders, lead small product teams, and remain passionate about learning and coding.
