I’m looking to lead architecture and delivery in distributed, cloud-native systems—mentoring teams with an agile, high-morale approach—while driving quality, observability, and continuous improvement in a collaborative engineering culture.

I’m a Staff Software Engineer with over 12 years designing, building, and delivering distributed, cloud-native systems, including more than 7 years in finance & fintech. I’m a polyglot across C#/.NET, Java, Go, and Python, with a strong bias toward practical architecture and measurable outcomes.

I thrive in highly regulated, high-throughput environments, leading end-to-end architecture and performance remediation for critical regulatory reporting platforms. I’ve driven observability maturity, identified systemic bottlenecks, and delivered large-scale architectural changes (including distributed actors and integrated instrumentation) to achieve over 10× performance improvement and enable horizontal scalability.
