What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an IT management opportunity with the State of Tennessee where I can take on greater responsibility in IT operations and leadership, combining hands-on technical experience with my people-management background.

At Tennessee Student Assistance Corporation, I manage SQL Server and .NET updates, coordinate maintenance windows, and prepare ServiceNow change requests. I also handle database backups and restores and work with development teams to maintain application stability.

I design and build custom applications that automate repetitive tasks and improve administrative workflows. I also develop technical documentation and support procedures for enterprise applications.

At Valiant Integrated Services, I administered Active Directory and Okta access and supported Microsoft 365 users. I helped implement RSA security tokens and documented that implementation and a Druva backup deployment.
