I’m a graduate in Mathematics and Computing with hands-on experience across IT support, AI, networking, and data analysis. During my Kenya Electricity Generating Company (KenGen) trainee role, I improved internal connectivity by configuring routers, switches, and modems, and supported reliable daily operations across hardware, software, and network issues.
I take ownership of end-to-end troubleshooting and system readiness—installing and maintaining peripherals to reduce downtime, supporting a Microsoft Exchange Server migration (2003–365), and resolving ERP-related hardware/software problems that improved staff productivity. I also strengthened security and performance through malware scanning, endpoint protection, and network troubleshooting.
Alongside core IT support, I’ve built exposure to cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) and Python-based machine-learning work (classification, regression, feature engineering, and model training). I’m motivated by data-driven problem solving and want to grow in cloud and intelligent systems while delivering dependable, secure technology support.
