What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead operations, CRM workflows, and remote teams where I can improve customer processes, build effective onboarding and training, and coordinate cross-functional delivery in an international environment.

I've led end-to-end operations for Terra Medico and LuminaVital, coordinating front- and back-office workflows for an international health products business.

I administered OpenAppOne CRM, built lead pipelines, onboarded clients and partners, and kept sales, order, and client records accurate and compliant. I also coordinated procurement, financing partners, shipments, warehouses, and customer deliveries.

At EZ-Fundings, I managed mortgage-processing operations, CRM workflows, borrower documentation, and communication between loan officers, staff, and clients. I introduced structured reviews that improved document readiness before lender submission.

I began at Alba Direct Service as a call agent and progressed to Team Leader, managing multilingual English, German, and Italian sales and retention teams. I coach teams, develop onboarding and call strategies, and use performance metrics to improve conversions and productivity.
