I've spent 12+ years building and maintaining scalable server-side systems, from APIs and data flows to query optimization and capacity planning.
At X5 Retail Group, I developed and maintained an internal logistics system in Kotlin, made key architectural decisions, and designed reliable, consistent data flows for distributed systems. I used Spring Boot 3, Spring MVC, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and Exposed ORM while supporting production, analyzing incidents, and optimizing performance.
Previously, I built APIs for Joom's online shop, Raiffeisen Bank Russia's online banking app and website, and Yandex Market's shop integrations. At Yandex Market, I also designed and developed a delivery-cost calculation component for customer purchases.
I also authored and maintain an open-source Kotlin library that restores full coroutine call stack traces in exceptions, receiving a grant from the Kotlin Foundation. I care about code quality, testing, reliability, and owning backend systems end to end.
