I’m looking for a leadership role where I can run daily operations, coach a team, and deliver high-quality customer experiences—balancing performance metrics with strong customer retention, compliance, and continuous improvement.

I’m a results-driven management and customer service professional with 10+ years of experience leading teams, resolving customer concerns, and running daily operations in fast-paced environments. I’ve supervised and trained 6+ employees, supported productivity and satisfaction, and handled escalations with professionalism to protect customer retention.

I manage store operations end to end—opening/closing, cash handling, payment processing, POS operations, merchandise accountability, inventory control, loss prevention, compliance, and reporting. In manufacturing, I also supervised production workflows, trained staff to meet quality and safety standards, and helped resolve workplace issues to keep teams accountable and production moving.
