Creative director & fractional head of digital for companies with complex products. I have C-level experience in high-stakes environments, but I also do the actual work across design, development, and marketing. My engineering background means I understand how platforms, data and AI actually work, while my creative and strategy experience lets me turn that understanding into a brand and marketing engine that delivers results.

Before this, I spent 15 years in the world of Global Trade Operations, including 5 years as a Chief Operations & Digital Officer. I led teams of 860+ people across 14 regional hubs, oversaw $7.8B in annual transactions, increased risk management efficiency by 44% and operational speed by 32% within 12 months, and managed real digital transformation in a heavily regulated environment.

Deep down, I’ve always been a creator. So, in 2022, I left the boardroom in a cold rainy country and set up a small high-tech studio perched on the shores of a remote tropical island, pivoting from corporate executive to fractional CDO and creative director. Now I'm rolling up my sleeves with founders to help their SMBs and startups grow by blending creativity, technology, and business.

Design is at the heart of what I do, but I also lead entire digital systems: strategy, engineering, growth, and scaling. And I take ownership of the results, not just the deliverables. Real-world expertise, experience, and hard skills. Not just vanilla ChatGPT junk.

My journey in tech began in 1996, and just 2 years later I won my first design award. Since 2020, my work has been recognized with international awards including Elementor (Website of the Year), Awwwards, Behance, CSSDA and Google Play. In the public sector years I received 2 federal medals and 3 government commendations, and was a finalist in a national IT leaders competition.
