I’m an airline professional with 3+ years of supervisory experience leading airport passenger service operations. I’ve supported passenger processing from check-in through boarding while maintaining safe, effective day-to-day service.

In my most recent role, I supervised and coordinated daily activities of up to 46 passenger service agents to ensure safe and effective operations. I coordinated between airline carriers to help meet service standards and maintain on-time schedules.
