Seeking a leadership role that leverages my expertise in UX Research and Service Design to lead cross-functional teams, drive strategic design initiatives, and foster a collaborative environment focused on user-centric innovation and process efficiency.

Designer with 10+ years of experience leading international multidisciplinary teams, executing design projects end to end. Focused on UX Research and Service Design, my expertise is to create bridges between multiple areas involved in the product development, creating a holistic approach, oriented by metrics and applying Mixed Methods of Qualitative and Quantitative research. My latest achievement was to raise the quality of the work my team delivered, almost doubling the amount of Research requests from our key stakeholders (delivered value). As a leader my impact was to increase the team autonomy by creating an environment of trust between the team members, improving the quality of the deliverables directly.
