At CEIBS Publishing Group Limited (CEIBS Online), I independently developed detailed outlines, scripts, and learning aids for 20+ business learning courses. I created animation scripts, business cases, and interactive exercises across leadership, management, self-management, strategy, and marketing.
At Shanghai Zhuoyue Ruixin Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (Zhihuishu), I coordinated 3–4 concurrent university course projects, working with faculty and production teams from needs interviews through launch checks. For Intelligent Tax Declaration and Management, I contributed to instructional design and launch materials; the course was later selected as a 2024 Shanghai municipal-level quality course.
At AMA China, I contributed to corporate training projects by interviewing stakeholders and learners and developing custom case studies, session content, and practice assignments. I led content and script development for an Apple retailer training program, appeared as an on-camera trainer, and designed a skills assessment approach for store associates.
I hold a Master of Education from the University of Ottawa. My ongoing study in psychology and strengths-based coaching informs my interest in adult motivation, learner engagement, and employee wellbeing.
