At Jiaxiang Education Group, I managed strategic education reform programs across 11 K–12 schools and redesigned funding and evaluation systems around learning goals rather than course completion.
I established criteria and review mechanisms for the school innovation fund, through which an AI initiative expanded from one campus to all 11 schools. I also designed professional learning programs and enabled four school teams to develop and launch mathematics and English reform initiatives.
At Lab School, Jiaxiang Education Group, I developed student competency models and contributed to curriculum design across subjects and grade levels. I designed learning experiences and assessment tools to support different learning needs and instructional improvement.
At Syracuse University, I analyzed six years of data from 275 partner schools using Microsoft Access and Tableau, and developed interactive training modules for graduate teaching assistants. Earlier, at Jinjiang Middle School, I managed more than 50 student clubs and organizations.
