What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can drive measurable logistics and delivery improvements, collaborate across teams and providers, and support customer-facing order processes—preferably with room to expand into analytics and campaign support.

I coordinate delivery logistics end to end, partnering with internal teams and external service providers to optimize processes and performance. As an Amazon Shift Manager, I own delivery and logistics KPIs and help implement new ways of working in line with corporate objectives.

Alongside operations, I support revenue-driving work: at Edelman BV as a Key Accounts Assistant, I manage key accounts and ensure smooth order processing. I handle product range management while coordinating prices, delivery times, and availability, acting as a clear interface between customers, sales, and logistics.

I also bring a marketing and client-services mindset. As a Marketing Assistant, I conduct target group and market analyses, plan and implement social media measures for advertising campaigns, and evaluate performance; earlier, I completed training as a Career and Finance German Consultant with a focus on financial consulting, career planning, and client relationship management, supported by hands-on experience in marketing & rollout management.
