What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote People Operations role where I can improve employee lifecycle processes, support employees and managers with care, and use AI and automation to reduce manual work while protecting accuracy and privacy.

At Randstad Argentina, I managed end-to-end employee lifecycle operations across multiple client accounts, from onboarding and offboarding to job changes, HR transactions, and employee support. I built Excel-based tracking tools for 10+ simultaneous cases, improving visibility, reducing missed deadlines, and supporting accurate reporting.

I bring a service-first, discreet approach to sensitive employee situations and use Claude AI and ChatGPT to streamline documentation, process maps, and recurring work.
