At Autism West Behavior Partners, I implement behavioral interventions and skill acquisition plans for individuals with autism under BCBA supervision. I collect data on client behavior and goals, and follow BACB and HIPAA requirements for documentation.

Before that, at Behavioral Innovations, I implemented written intervention and skill acquisition plans and recorded session data. I supported clients in developing social, communication, self-help, and academic skills.

Across my clinic experience, I’ve worked with children ages 2–12 and teenagers, including in early intervention and with children with higher behavioral needs. I have experience with BIPs, DTT, NET, data collection and graphing, and developing skill acquisition programs.

I’m completing a bachelor’s degree in sociology and considering graduate school in ABA as a path toward becoming a BCBA. I’m looking for structured fieldwork supervision and BCBA support, and I’d be interested in expanding into in-home or in-school services.
