I’m an aviation professional focused on airline reservations and airport ground handling, with over 2.5 years of experience and a Diploma in Air Cabin Crew. My goal is to secure a responsible role where I can use my aviation training, operational discipline, and customer-first mindset to support smooth travel experiences.

In my current role as a Reservation Officer with Thai AirAsia (GSA - Universal Tours and Travels), I handle reservations, fare queries, ticket reissues, and booking issue resolution. I provide prompt customer support, coordinate with airport and operations teams, and manage special requests like baggage, seats, and meals while ensuring compliance with airline policies.

Before that, I trained as a Trainee Junior Assistant in Airport Ground Handling at Tribhuvan International Airport and as a Trainee Junior Assistant in Reservation and Ticketing at Nepal Airlines Corporation. I supported check-in, baggage handling, boarding, itinerary coordination, and accurate guidance on fare rules, baggage, and schedule changes—always maintaining safety, calm service under pressure, and effective communication between teams.
