What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-focused role in airport operations where I can support baggage handling and passenger service using CRM systems, while applying my AVSEC and safety training and growing through consistent operational coaching.

I’m a customer-focused aviation professional with hands-on experience in baggage handling at Nepal Airlines Corporation. In the CSA Baggage Handling Unit, I handle passenger baggage issues using Haqiba and WorldTracer, and I support passengers through CRM software as well as telephone calls and messages.

I also bring airport operations exposure from my Air Arabia Passenger Services internship, where I assisted with check-in and boarding, supported announcements at the boarding gate, and strengthened my teamwork and communication. With training in Fire and rescue, First Aid, AVSEC, and Dangerous Goods, I’m ready to deliver reliable, efficient service in fast-paced aviation environments.
