As a PMO Team Leader, I lead a PMO team of 8 members and coordinate across sales, engineering, purchasing, operations, logistics, and customers. I manage RFQ evaluation, quotation preparation, margin analysis, purchase order compliance checks, and post–Kick-Off Meeting action items—backed by dashboards, trackers, and real-time schedule visibility.

Previously, as an Assistant Manager and Process Owner, I managed global project data across international subsidiaries, implemented a project management culture across Europe and the US, and delivered training to improve RFQ-to-quote timing and documentation submission.
