At Kwalee, I own technical delivery for a shared SDK platform supporting 100+ live mobile games and 400K+ combined daily active users across iOS, Android and WebGL.

As the DRI for platform releases, I coordinate engineering, QA, product and business stakeholders, delivering 85–90% of releases on schedule. I lead planning, roadmap execution and resource allocation for distributed teams of 11–15 engineers and 7–10 QA engineers, reducing development cycle time by 15–20%.

I began by developing shared SDKs, Unity tools and automation systems for Kwalee's games portfolio. That engineering foundation helps me improve workflows, remove delivery friction and ship reliable LiveOps, SDK and production releases.
