I’m a detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator with a strong track record of improving business processes through better data management and Salesforce system optimization. I bring diverse experience, practical problem-solving, and a commitment to continuous learning.

In my previous role, I managed and maintained customer data to ensure accuracy and completeness, while providing user support and training to strengthen adoption and satisfaction. I also developed and implemented workflow automation to streamline day-to-day operations.

I’ve created and customized reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights, helping teams make clearer decisions from their Salesforce data. I’m comfortable collaborating with stakeholders and communicating effectively to keep implementations aligned with real business needs.

I’m now focused on transitioning fully into Salesforce administration work where I can leverage my skills in data management, user training and support, and system optimization. I’ve also completed Trailhead to deepen my Salesforce expertise and supported a non-profit as a Salesforce Administrator to strengthen reporting and data capabilities.
