I lead international business development for BlueHybrid Solutions and Karga Tech, shaping market expansion, go-to-market, sourcing, crowdfunding, and commercial strategies for clean-water and industrial automation products.

As COO of NSR Group, I oversaw procurement, operations, and export-import control across international logistics, food export, and solar energy businesses. I directed logistics across 50+ countries, managed a 16-vehicle fleet and 20-person team, and oversaw food export-import operations spanning 35 countries.

Through project-based roles with Chemonics International, Creative Associates International, and Stichting Mayday Rescue Foundation, I managed average annual logistics and procurement budgets of €50M across multi-country field operations. My work covered supplier research, vendor negotiation, tendering, customs clearance, warehousing, shipment tracking, and procurement training.

I also support grant applications, feasibility studies, agribusiness investment reporting, and export strategy for SMEs and manufacturers. I bring quantitative finance training and hands-on experience with ERP systems, international compliance, freight sourcing, and cross-border operations.
