I’m a strategic procurement leader who builds high-performing teams and turns sourcing strategy into measurable cost and process outcomes across complex, multi-site manufacturing environments. I’ve led full procurement end-to-end, from category strategy and supplier governance to CAPEX execution and ERP-enabled transformation.

I built and led a 19-person procurement organisation (Purchasing, Supplier Quality, Supplier Management), managing $25M+ annual spend and sourcing coverage for 90% of product components. I’ve consistently delivered 7–10% cost savings and ~20% process efficiency gains through vendor consolidation, KPI governance, and policy redesign, alongside 8–10% cost reduction and ~20% on-time delivery improvement via supplier performance management.

My CAPEX background includes owning a €25M+ CAPEX procurement portfolio across 6 countries, with full cycle accountability from spec definition to FAT/SAT and commissioning. I also served as project leader and key user for SAP PS rollout, reducing cost-tracking errors by ~80% while strengthening governance and end-user adoption.

Across roles, I’ve partnered closely with engineering, finance, operations, and legal to standardize contracts, manage risk, and expand the approved supplier base.
