I'm looking to help a mission-driven organization strengthen operations, governance, fundraising, member programs, communications, and strategic partnerships.

I've led association operations as Executive Director for the Association of Securities and Exchange Commission Alumni, overseeing board support, member communications, fundraising dinners, sponsorships, and marketing campaigns.

As Executive Director and COO of the International Association of Arson Investigators and IAAI Foundation, I managed a $2.3 million annual budget, a staff of nine, approximately $1 million in annual grants, certification and training programs, donor initiatives, and partner relationships.
