One of my key achievements includes scaling the operating revenue of the Air & Surface Transport Nurses Association (ASTNA) from $250K to $1.1M in just five years through diversified revenue streams and strategic membership growth. I am proud to have expanded national membership from 1,200 to over 2,900 members in seven years, demonstrating my ability to implement effective engagement and retention strategies.
