What I'm looking for

I want a collaborative role where I manage Microsoft 365/SharePoint projects, reduce platform downtime, build automation, and grow technically while mentoring others.

I am a detail-oriented Project Coordinator with over four years of experience in Microsoft 365 technical support, SharePoint Online, OneDrive troubleshooting, and process automation using Power Automate and Power Apps. I combine technical troubleshooting, PowerShell scripting, and stakeholder communication to ensure deliverables align with organizational goals and to minimize operational impact from platform issues.
