I’m a passionate PMO leader who brings clarity, structure, and momentum to complex change portfolios, with extensive experience across government and local authority transformation.
I’ve led governance and reporting for multi-year, 30+ project portfolios, authored the RN PMO Handbook adopted across the Home Office, and delivered a £120m DE&S capability programme on time and within budget.
I build and develop PMO teams, upskilling 15+ project managers and analysts through clinics, huddles, and targeted training while embedding business continuity and capability uplift.
I translate complex data into board-quality insight, digitise and streamline PMO processes, and work comfortably with senior leaders to align initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
