I’m a PMO and governance professional with 10+ years’ experience supporting portfolio reporting, governance oversight, assurance, project controls and senior stakeholder decision-making across regulated public-sector environments, including MOPAC and London Fire Brigade. I bring a steady focus on governance cycles, risks and dependencies, and turning complex programme data into clear, board-level outcomes.
In my most recent role as a Senior Governance & Projects Officer, I directed governance and assurance across a portfolio of 50+ programmes—coordinating governance forums and producing board papers, minutes, decision logs and action trackers. I also managed audit and assurance review activity by maintaining audit-ready records, governance documentation, version control and evidence logs for internal audit and inspection readiness.
I strengthen governance systems through practical governance administration—administering SharePoint governance repositories and compliance registers, standardising templates and reporting workflows, and producing Power BI governance reporting packs and dashboards.
