I've led PMO delivery, programme governance, financial control, and portfolio reporting for NatWest Group, Phoenix Group, Barclays, RBS, Lloyds TSB, and Standard Life. Most recently, I've set up programme controls at NatWest and established governance, plans, working groups, business cases, budgets, and tooling for Phoenix Group's Asset Management Programme.
Across 20 years of IT and business change delivery, I've strengthened RAID, change, risk, audit, resource, and financial management processes across complex regulated portfolios. I'm PRINCE2 qualified and bring hands-on experience with Jira, Planview, Oracle FCL, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, Agile, and Waterfall delivery.
