Message

At Cambridge OCR, I analyse assessment and moderation outcomes to identify drift, outliers and areas needing additional sampling or support. I helped set national assessment benchmarks and designed a rubric adopted across c.700 centres.

I lead and quality-assure three moderators working across approximately 50 centres, reviewing their work, onboarding new moderators and providing targeted coaching. I also review disputed decisions and document recommendations for adjudication.

At Hellesdon High School, I led curriculum, assessment and day-to-day operations across KS3 and KS4, and built an Excel-based assessment system for evidence-led decision-making. During a senior leadership secondment, I reviewed Pupil Premium funding and helped implement whole-school improvement programmes and digital systems.
