What I'm looking for

I am looking for a leadership or senior teaching role where I can shape curriculum, coach staff, use data to drive improvement, and contribute to a supportive, growth-focused culture.

I am an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in teaching English, functional skills and ESOL across further education and secondary settings, complemented by leadership roles including Deputy Head of Faculty and Lead Teacher. I have led curriculum strategy, staff development and quality assurance to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes for learners aged 16–65.

My work blends classroom excellence with operational oversight: I design tailored curriculum materials, run targeted 1:1 revision and staff workshops, and analyse student data to inform planning and improve performance. I have also managed recruitment, budgets and cross-departmental responsibilities during interim and permanent roles.

I hold a PGCE with QTS and NPQLT, have experience as an AQA examiner and invigilator, and bring strong skills in coaching, project management and data-driven decision-making. I seek to apply my transferable skills in communication, analysis and leadership to support a growth-oriented organisation.
