What I'm looking for
I’m a desktop support engineer who delivers end-user and endpoint support with a strong SLA mindset. Currently at Engen Petroleum, I support a finance-focused SAP environment—resolving incidents to keep business continuity moving.
I bring hands-on experience across onsite and remote support, including installations and troubleshooting for network access points, NVR devices, and IP camera systems at RaytonCorp. I’ve also supported server room clean-ups, cable management, and infrastructure work, and installed Starlink internet units and access control systems.
