What I'm looking for

I’m looking to bring my client-side SaaS experience in adoption, renewals, and public-sector operations to DMO, government, and economic development clients.

As Regional Director of Operations at an outpatient treatment center, I managed 6–7 government contracts across multiple levels of government. I handled contract terms, compliance, reimbursement, renewals, and issue resolution.

I selected, implemented, and managed 5–6 SaaS platforms and API integrations across billing, payroll, records, scheduling, and reporting. I led onboarding for a team of 15+ staff and worked with vendors on product feedback, issues, and improvements.

I owned an approximately $1.2M annual budget across three Phoenix-area locations, adjusting forecasts when billing and reimbursement changed. I also reported financials, risk, and strategy to a board of business partners, and bring that client-side perspective to SaaS adoption and renewals.
