People-first leader with a proven track record in HR, People Ops, Recruitment, Organisation Development and Strategy on both internationally and locally.

My interests lie in Employee Engagement, Learning and Development, Recruitment and sourcing, Talent and Culture and any people-related elements to organisations.

In my previous tole, under my leadership we improved staff retention from below 35% to over 75% in only 2 years. This was done through careful employee lifecycle management ensuring the right people were hired for the right roles. This has been one of the highlights of my career!

I restructured our recruitment strategy to ensure a more effective and discerning hiring process, which resulted in a faster turnaround time with candidates who were both competent but also good culture fits. This also included improving our onboarding, off boarding, employee lifecycle and employee experience.

I have a passion for growing and developing teams, and mentoring leaders to up-skill them and help them to develop confidence.

I am great at sourcing and hiring candidates and find creative and effective methods to ensure we find the best people for the right roles, and set them up for success!

I am proficient is using a multitude of HRIS, ATS and CRM platforms and am highly organised and self motivated!
