At Euromonitor International, I partner with global and senior leaders to align people strategy with business objectives while overseeing HR operations, employee experience, compliance, and organisational effectiveness.

I helped scale the Cape Town office from approximately 40 to 75 employees and support workforce planning, organisational design, succession planning, talent management, and workforce analytics. I also lead complex employee relations matters and develop scalable policies, governance frameworks, and people processes.

I design manager capability programmes, leadership coaching, and people-management training, while supporting seven Employee Resource Groups that strengthen engagement, wellbeing, inclusion, and culture.

Previously, I improved operational performance at Onyx Educate and led people, administration, facilities, compliance, budgeting, and operational risk for an educational environment supporting more than 900 students at SPARK Schools.
