What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a hands-on commercial leadership role where I can grow sales, lead teams, strengthen key client relationships, and improve operations, logistics, and business performance.

At Pallet Fix It, I've grown average monthly output from approximately 1,000 to 4,500 pallets, with record months exceeding 13,000. I lead sales strategy, key accounts, quotations, tenders, RFQs, operations, logistics, and site teams.

I've also managed drilling and solar installation operations at Iceberg Aqua & Iceberg Solar and built vehicle and finance sales at Philwest Volkswagen. I lead by example, develop people, solve problems, and build practical solutions that improve client relationships and business performance.
