I’m looking for a role where I can combine customer service with bookkeeping/clerical support, handle high-volume requests with speed and accuracy, maintain strong records, and work in a deadline-oriented environment with trusted discretion.

I’m a customer service and bookkeeping professional with 15 years of experience across multiple industries. I bring strong organizational and time management skills, handling competing requests while maintaining attention to detail.

In my most recent role, I managed customer phone calls for bookings, menu options, billing, and concerns, while also supporting financial records and payroll. I processed deposits, created monthly financial statements to measure revenue and expenses, and generated invoices for catering customers.

I’ve also worked as an administrative clerk, serving as a point of contact between executives and patients, routing correspondence, and processing high-volume transactions.
