I’m a Project Manager with experience leading cross-functional teams through the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects within budget and on schedule. I bring a hands-on, proactive approach to managing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder alignment so work moves forward with clarity.

I monitor project progress regularly through status meetings and reports, identifying potential risks or issues early. I coordinate with internal departments (including IT and HR) to ensure the resources needed for successful completion are available when teams need them.

When challenges come up, I resolve conflicts or escalate issues by collaborating with relevant stakeholders toward mutually beneficial solutions. I also train new team members on company-specific processes and procedures related to project management, helping teams ramp up quickly and consistently.

Client and customer experience matters to me, so I maintain strong relationships through regular communication regarding needs and expectations. I manage multiple concurrent projects by prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance, and I serve as a main point of contact for project-related inquiries and updates.
