What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead loss prevention and asset protection, improve SOPs and physical security systems, partner with law enforcement, and mentor teams to reduce shrink, fraud, and safety risk.

I’ve built my career in loss prevention and asset protection, turning investigations, audits, and surveillance into measurable shrink and fraud reduction. Most recently, I’ve led asset protection efforts at Target, implementing and monitoring processes to protect property and financial assets.

Previously, I served as an Asset Protection Manager at Walmart and held leadership roles across inventory and store operations, including Assistant Store Manager, Inventory Control Manager, and zone/inventory supervision. I investigate internal theft, external theft, and vendor fraud; collaborate with law enforcement; direct security resources; and maintain detailed documentation for incident outcomes.

I’m known for strengthening physical security and compliance—verifying systems like CCTV, alarms, sensor tag setups, and locks—while training teams in loss prevention activities. I also support operational performance by improving PI accuracy, leading audits, and using profit and loss and inventory recap reports to reduce loss, control expenses, and increase sales.
