What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own 2nd line/support-and-service outcomes—rapid incident resolution, Microsoft 365 administration, SCCM/MDM deployments, and network improvements—while collaborating under pressure and growing my automation and ITIL practices.

I’m an IT Support Analyst who delivers 2nd line technical support with a strong focus on logistics operations, overnight Service Desk coverage, and fast resolution to keep systems available. I monitor alert systems, diagnose hardware, software, and network issues, and coordinate escalations to the right teams—especially during major incidents.

Across my roles, I’ve owned Microsoft 365 administration, including Office 365 accounts, distribution groups, shared mailboxes, and file shares. I also administer OS deployments using SCCM, support in-house software systems, and help maintain Linux/CentOS back-office environments through imaging and ongoing care.

I bring hands-on infrastructure experience, installing and maintaining network infrastructure and server room equipment, including UPS systems. I’ve led and supported projects such as ZScaler implementation, Meraki SD-WAN migration, Windows 10 upgrades, Jamf/MDM deployment for iOS and Mac devices, ITIL policy implementation, and asset management—while mentoring junior team members and documenting solutions in a knowledge base to improve team efficiency.
