I'm looking to lead enterprise people strategy alongside CEOs and Boards, building scalable HR infrastructure, strengthening compliance and labor relations, and aligning workforce decisions with measurable business growth.

At Clarity HR Solutions, I serve as a fractional CHRO, partnering with CEOs, executive teams, and Boards to build people strategies for small and mid-sized organizations across California and multi-state operations. I’ve built HR infrastructure, compensation programs, performance systems, and compliance frameworks that support growth and restructuring.

Previously, I led operations and HR at Batesville Casket Company, supporting $100M+ in revenue, 400+ employees, and union and non-union workforces. I delivered $287K in savings through Lean Six Sigma initiatives, negotiated Teamster contracts, and improved workforce strategy, logistics performance, and employee relations.
