What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote operations and compliance role where I can improve workflows, manage complex cases end-to-end, and work with autonomy. I thrive on ownership, clear communication, and solving compliance and process challenges.

I’m a results-driven operations and compliance professional with 20+ years managing complex, high-stakes caseloads from initiation through resolution. I’m known for bringing calm, clear thinking to ambiguous or high-pressure situations and navigating legal, financial, and regulatory complexity with precision.

In my current role as a Reacquired Vehicle Compliance Case Manager (remote), I manage 80–100 active Lemon Law repurchase cases simultaneously, including high-priority escalations with strict compliance deadlines. I serve as the primary point of contact for customers, attorneys, dealerships, finance departments, and internal teams across each case lifecycle—from intake to final resolution.

I repeatedly look for what others miss: documentation discrepancies early, process inefficiencies, and workflow gaps that create downstream compliance risk. I also operate across four separate CRM platforms, adapting to fragmented legacy systems to deliver accurate, timely outcomes despite limited systemic support.

Earlier in my career, I progressed through mortgage operations and client-facing roles, including 11+ years at Quicken Loans, Inc. where I originated and managed loan files, evaluated risk and compliance, and earned the Gilbert Award for top conversion performance (2013). Across roles, I’ve brought the same operating style: independent ownership, strong communication, and flawless execution under deadlines.
