What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that challenges me and allows for growth in technology and project management.

As a PMP-certified Director with over 18 years of experience, I have successfully led high-value projects and cross-functional teams in the technology and business sectors. My expertise lies in Agile development, digital transformation, and change management, which has enabled me to deliver multi-million-dollar projects and award-winning programs. I am particularly proud of my work in transforming government transparency initiatives, earning recognition from the White House and the Harvard Kennedy School’s Ash Center.

Currently, I serve as the VP of Program Management & Head of Technology at Agilian LLC, where I lead multiple projects with full P&L responsibilities. I spearheaded the digital transformation of a Medicaid Managed Care Organization, implementing AWS-based cloud integration and data analytics solutions that significantly enhanced user experiences. My previous roles have included leading technology teams for the Defense Health Agency and managing federal projects for the Office of Personnel Management, where I oversaw the development of the largest federal employee data warehouse.
