Previously at Sun Life Financial, I led global web hosting and corporate and investment operations technology teams, managing operating budgets up to $25M. I’ve advanced Agile, DevOps, ITSM, cloud operations, and continuous improvement initiatives, including $250K annually in productivity savings through request-fulfillment improvements.
