What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote or hybrid Director or Portfolio Director mandate to lead enterprise technology and infrastructure transformation at scale, with accountability for regulatory governance, strategic portfolios, global teams, budgets, and sustainable operational outcomes.

At Sun Life Financial, I direct national backbone modernization and enterprise SD-WAN rollout while owning OSFI regulatory monitoring and corrective-action governance. I led the DBTS Regulatory Assessment across all Three Lines of Defense and secured operating-model sign-off from CIO, CTO, CISO, CRO, and Risk/Audit leadership.

I've delivered enterprise infrastructure, security, cloud, identity, and M&A transition portfolios across Canada, the US, UK, and India. My work includes AWS hosting assessments, SailPoint IIQ migration to AWS, Notes-to-O365 and SharePoint Online migrations, Venafi certificate-management consolidation, and the DentaQuest technology and budget transition.

Earlier, I led infrastructure programs at Scotiabank, Kinross Gold, TD Bank Group, and Hewlett-Packard. At HP, I led a 26-person global technical organization and directed a Clorox data-center migration that reduced the server footprint from 646 to 289.
