I've built cloud-native data and edge platforms at Voltron Data, IBM Analytics, Sempra Energy, Nubix, Zimbra, Good Technology, and Synchronica. At Voltron Data, I contributed to Theseus, a GPU-accelerated distributed SQL query engine, working across Rust, C++, storage, metadata, and gRPC service-mesh integration.

At Sempra Energy, I created a custom Spark analytics distribution that avoided millions in Cloudera licensing fees. It supported real-time gas-leak analytics across six Apache Spark clusters, processing 240 million daily events from six million IoT endpoints.

I co-founded Nubix and built its edge-computing architecture, bringing cloud-native aPaaS and DevOps workflows to resource-constrained devices. I built a team of seven, attracted pre-seed investment, and demonstrated embedded Spark analytics and ML workflows on microcontrollers using dramatically less resource than containers.

Earlier, I led high-availability and cloud-native transformations for IBM Spark Service, Zimbra, and Good Technology, and founded GoodServer, an email-protocol integration platform licensed by 18 customers including Cisco, Nokia, and BellSouth. I stay hands-on with Rust, C++, Go, distributed storage, data platforms, and systems that bridge business strategy with technical delivery.
