What I'm looking for
I’m a PMO Lead and Senior Project Manager delivering complex public sector technology programmes, with a strong focus on delivery governance and outcomes. I coordinate programme-level delivery oversight across multi-workstream environments, balancing structured governance with agile ways of working.
Right now, I’m leading delivery governance across a £13m Software Defined Branch (SD Branch) transformation programme for Essex County Council. I provide executive-level reporting on forecasts, milestones, commercial performance, risks, issues, and dependencies—so senior stakeholders can make informed decisions.
I lead and support Project Managers, removing blockers and ensuring effective prioritisation across concurrent initiatives. I also coordinate cross-functional technical, engineering, and NOC resources to manage interdependencies and sequencing, while facilitating governance forums and delivery reviews to maintain alignment to contractual commitments, timelines, and budgets.
Previously, I held P&L accountability in sales and account roles, including transitioning an external part exchange model to an in-house approach with annual direct cost savings exceeding £250k. I bring that commercial, continuous-improvement mindset into delivery—using lessons learned, change control, and resource management to improve profitability and delivery performance, and I’m now seeking to step into a formal Programme Manager role.
