I’m a CCNP Enterprise-certified Enterprise Networking Engineer with over four years of experience supporting mission-critical enterprise networks in Cisco TAC environments. I focus on dependable, customer-facing troubleshooting for complex switching and routing problems.

In my Technical Consulting Engineer role (Cisco TAC) at Foundever, I provide advanced support for enterprise switching environments and troubleshoot challenging Layer 2 and Layer 3 issues. I investigate STP, VLAN behavior, EtherChannel (LACP), and MAC address learning and switching to restore services quickly.

I’m known for strong incident management and root cause analysis in SLA-driven settings. I perform packet captures and protocol analysis using Wireshark and SNMP tools, then communicate clear technical findings with customers throughout the troubleshooting lifecycle.

Beyond day-to-day operations, I collaborate with escalation engineers and operations teams to drive corrective actions and prevent repeat incidents. I’m currently expanding my toolkit with Google Cloud Platform, Terraform, and Kubernetes to complement my enterprise networking foundation.
