At Emerson, I've deployed more than 100 Cisco SD-WAN edge routers across approximately 60 enterprise offices. I support the full network lifecycle, from site turn-ups and migrations to upgrades, replacements, incidents, and change implementation.
I build standardized Cisco IOS XE configurations and SD-WAN templates, troubleshoot routing and tunnel issues through SD-WAN Manager/vManage and the CLI, and coordinate deployments with global teams, sites, and service providers.
Previously, I activated enterprise SD-WAN services at Windstream across Fortinet/FortiGate, VMware VeloCloud, and Palo Alto Prisma SD-WAN environments. I've also supported CUCM incidents at Cisco and technical support operations at Hitachi Vantara.
